"I just wanted to send you a long overdue thank you for making a special narwhal for my son. When we put out the gifts from Santa we decided to put the narwhal on top of the pile unwrapped. Christmas morning (5:10am) Henry walked into the living room and stopped dead in his tracks with his jaw wide open. He then ran, hugged and thoroughly inspected him. "Mr. Narwhal" sat on his lap while he opened his other presents then followed us to our other Christmas destinations. At one point he questioned the Flufflyland tag and my wife quickly responded that it's the division of the North Pole where special requests are made; big smile. To this day he carries him downstairs in the morning; enjoys meals with him then up to bed at night. So again I want to thank you for helping us keep the magic of Christmas alive for one more year."yes, that is why i love my job.
